I have written in a journal since my sister was born (sorry Krissy…) in 1963. I corresponded with my family from my East Coast boarding school. I was a pen pal long before email was invented. Though I have written on many other subjects and situations, the topic of TRAVEL continues to inspire and intrigue me. Recounting a trip in written form seems to make the experience more real and invites this dreamer to, well, dream some more! It puts a smile on my face and a lift in my step to re-live my journeys through word and picture. My intention for my travel blog is to create interesting, inspiring, perhaps even entertaining photo essays and share them with my friends and family. I get one step closer to writing a book. So won’t you join me please?
