Let's Start the Year off Running!

A Sunday run with friends at El Moro State Park reminds me how nature and wilderness can be so rejuvenating. I did spy a few bunnies and a lizard or two along the way. It is hard to believe that a Trader Joes and Ann Taylor Clothing store are a mile down the road. This is a favorite running path where wide ocean views are unmatched and the fragrance of sage is pervasive.
